Please join us in our pub for an informative presentation about Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders, including the signs and symptoms commonly experienced in patients with this diagnosis. We will also review tools used to determine the stage of these diseases and when a hospice assessment should be performed to determine if the disease has progressed to an end stage. Lunch will be provided - Jimmy John's, chips, cookies and water.
